  1. Shipping Policy 
    Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be processed. Please note that we only offer register (tracked) shipping with a tracking number.

    Singapore
    FREE local delivery on orders above S$50.
    Registered - S$3.50 - Delivery time: 3-5 working days

    Malaysia
    FREE delivery on orders above S$88.
    Registered - S$12 - Delivery time: 2-3 weeks

  3. How do I get free shipping?
    Free local delivery will be applied automatically on orders above S$50. No promo code required.

Exchanges & Returns

  1. what is the exchange policy?
    A one-time exchange can be made for purchases up to 7 days from when your items have been received. All exchange requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email us directly at hello@thepickpawket.com, we will get back to you within 1 working day with the confirmation email.

    (a) You can only exchange with the same product of a different size.

    (b) All return items must be in their original condition (full packaging), unwashed and unworned. An inspection will be done to ensure that items are in resellable condition.
    * Postage charges will be borne by customers, normal mail parcels are not accepted.

    (c) Delivery paid will not be refunded.
  2. what is the refund policy?
    We do not accept any refunds.

  3. What do I do if I receive a defective item / have a missing item / incorrect item in my order?
    Please email us at hello@thepickpawket.com within 7 working days of receiving the item(s). Please attach a clear photo of the area of defect or incorrect item in your email. All requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  1. What payment methods do you accept?
    Currently, we accept Paynow, Paylah and Paypal.

    (a) Paynow / Paylah
    - Select Paynow/Paylah as your payment method upon checkout.
    - PayLah or PayNow to UEN number: T22LL1209D
    - Send a screenshot of your payment receipt with your name and order number to hello@thepickpawket.com
    - You will receive our confirmation reply once verified.

    (b) Paypal/VISA/Mastercard
    - Payment will be made immediately and verification is done automatically.
